Many congratulations to Billie and her new husband. Billie became Mrs Fox this afternoon when she wed her fiance
Laurence Fox at a ceremony in Easebourne.
Billie wore a low-cut ivory formal wedding dress. She was accompanied by four bridesmaids in short purple dresses.
Her first husband, Radio 1 DJ Chris Evans attended the ceremony with his new wife, Natasha Shishmanian. Her Doctor Who
co-star David Tennant was also in the congregation.

• • Secret Diary Goes To The USA
Showtime Entertainment President Robert Greenblatt announced today the network will premiere a provocative half-hour
comedy series, Secret Diary Of A Call Girl. Taken from best selling, real life diaries, this eye-opening insight into the
life of a high-end call girl leading a double life became an immediate ratings winner in the United Kingdom. SHOWTIME
will air the first season's 8 half-hour episodes beginning in Spring or Summer 2008, with a commitment for an additional 12
episodes.
Billie Piper takes on the challenging lead role. To her friends and family she is Hannah, a legal secretary clocking
in regular hours and enjoying a "normal" life. To her clients, she is Belle, the answer to all of their fantasies.
Her challenge is to keep her two lives separate. Inevitably they begin to blur.
The real Belle (whom the charismatic Piper met and worked closely with pre-and during production) published her diaries
in 2005 and, despite many attempts to discover her true identity, remains anonymous.
"When Chris Albrecht called me to take a look at this show we were intrigued," said Greenblatt. "Initially we thought we
should make an American version of it, but we fell in love with the original episodes, were captivated by Billie Piper's Belle,
and decided to bring it to SHOWTIME as is. American audiences will be transfixed by the series poignant, sexy, comedy
meets drama elements and the series' will fit in perfectly with our line-up of original programming. It is also a pleasure
to be back in business with my old friend Chris." "We are delighted to be partnering with Showtime to bring this highly successful
and provocative series to a U.S. audience," said Chris Albrecht, head of global media for IMG. "We are particularly
proud of the role that Tiger Aspect Productions, an IMG-owned production company, has played in the production of this show,
now entering its second season of production in the U.K."
The "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" series is Belle's frank account of her experiences -- at times shocking and risque and
sometimes simply hilarious -- brought to life by Piper and a colorful and talented supporting cast. Each episode allows
the audience an illuminating glimpse behind the scenes of the high-class sex trade, generating much debate and discussion.
The dynamic drama explores the life of a heroine who struggles with personal and moral issues-with some rather naughty adventures
along the way. The series premiered in Fall 2007 on British digital channel ITV2, with more than 2 million viewers on
hand for the opening episode.

• •Second Series Of Secret Diary Confirmed
Billie Piper has signed up to star in a second series of Secret Diary of a Call Girl.
ITV2 has commissioned a new series of the raunchy drama, which was a ratings hit.
Adapted from the Belle de Jour book and blog, Secret Diary of a Call Girl could also be shown in the US.
US broadcasters have expressed an interest in showing both series, which could make Doctor Who actress Piper a star there.
Secret Diary of a Call Girl won ITV2 its best audience of the year, peaking at over two million viewers in the autumn.
The new series will see Belle's life get more complicated as she meets new characters.
Upmarket prostitute Belle remains anonymous two years after publishing her diaries.
ITV2 Controller Zai Bennett said: "As ITV2's first ever original drama, Secret Diary of a Call Girl has been a huge creative
and commercial success for the channel.
"The bold concept and slick production has really captured the heart of the ITV2 audience and we look forward to seeing
more of Billie Piper as Belle on ITV2 next year."

The nominations in the eighth annual Whatsonstage.com Theatregoers’
Choice Awards were announced today at a star-studded event at Café de Paris in London’s West End. The Theatregoers’
Choice Awards is only major theatre prize-giving decided by the public, who vote online at here at awards.whatsonstage.com. This year, a record 5,000 people took part in the nominations phase
of the judging process, with many thousands more expected to vote from today for the eventual winners.
The good news is that Billie has been nominated for the London Newcomer
of the Year award for her role in Treats!
She has some pretty tough competitiojn though with the likes of
Daniel Radcliffe and Orlando Bloom also in her category.

Meanwhile Billie has been talking about her return as Rose Tyler she told The Daily Mirror: "Doctor Who
is a big part of my life. I've missed it since I left and I love David Tennant."

• •Billie Returns To Doctor Who - Official!
The BBC have today confirmed that Billie will be returning to Doctor Who.
She will star in three episodes of the sci-fi drama, reprising her role as the Doctor's companion, Rose Tyler.
Rose's return will mean the Doctor has three assistants in next year's series - Donna, played by Catherine Tate, and
Freema Agyeman as Martha.
The new series begins in March and will run for 13 episodes. There will be three special editions in 2009 before the
show takes a break until 2010.
A separate show based on Rose had been planned by writer and series producer Russell T Davies, but was scrapped when
Davies decided the programme was "a spin-off too far".
Filming is currently under way in Cardiff for the new series of Doctor Who, which sees the Doctor meeting an old group
of enemies - the Sontarans - 35 years after first encountering them.
Before that, the programme will return to television screens at Christmas with a special episode set on the Titanic,
which will co-star singer and actress Kylie Minogue.

• •Secret Diary Up For Adult Award
Earlier this month actress Billie Piper was shortlisted for an Evening Standard theatre award for stage play Treats.
Her latest nomination, however, may not be quite so prestigious: Best soft core production at the UK Adult Film Awards.
That is the prize Piper's ITV2 show The Secret Diary of a Call Girl could win when the awards - now in their second year
- are presented on 29 November.
Piper plays a high-class prostitute in the show, adapted from the best-seller pseudonymously penned by Belle de Jour.
The eight-part series is the only mainstream production to receive a nomination at the UK Adult Film and Television Awards.
"The sheer fact that the series was aired is a reflection of the changing attitudes in British society," said organiser
Phil Black, who commended Piper for her "brave" performance.
This year's ceremony will take place at the Troxy nightclub in east London.
